A Note to Families Applying for Assistance
Phoebe's Bridge Foundation KY is a young nonprofit in its first year of service. We are working diligently to build the funding, partnerships, and resources needed to support Kentucky families caring for children with Cerebral Palsy.
We understand that asking for help can be difficult, and we are grateful that you have trusted us enough to share your family's needs. Please know that submitting an application does not guarantee that assistnace will be provided. Our ability to assist depends on available funding, program resources, eligibility requirements, and the number and nature of requests we receive.
Each application is reviewed thoughtfully and as fairly as possible based on the information provided and the resources available to us at the time. We may not be able to meet every need or approve every request, and we reserve the right to determine the type and amount of assistance we are able to provide.
If we cannot help your family right now, please know that your need still matters to us. We are actively working to grow our resources so that, together with our community partners and donors, we can reach more families in the future.

We may not always have the resources to solve a family's immediate problem, but we will always strive to make sure they feel seen, valued, and loved.
